Barbara Schweitzer
Chief Operations Officer

Barbara Schweitzer grew up on OGsys. She spent summer and winter breaks from high school and college working at the company.

Barbara graduated from the University of Texas, Austin in 2000 with a BBA in Management Information Systems. For the next seven years she worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation as a software engineer.

During her time at Northrop Grumman, Barbara worked on several high profile projects including the $30 million ERP system conversion for the Avondale Shipyard for which she designed metrics for System Integrated testing to ensure proper conversion of critical shipyard data.

She was a member of the management training program from Northrop Grumman IT where she held many positions including Program Manager, Accounting Analyst and Process Improvement Engineer. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, she was responsible for saving the company more than $5 million.

In 2007, Barbara brought her talent and diverse experience to work at OGsys where she is now the Chief Operations Officer - responsible for resource allocation, project planning & coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Barbara and her family live in Fort Worth.
