SQL Reports

  • 1099 Proof Report

    The 1099 Proof Report is a By Well / By owner report of 1099 fields.  It will print a breakdown for each well by production month for gross amounts, taxes, and net amounts.

  • 1st AFE Report

    The AFE report will display Authorization for Expenditures within the database displayed by line formats currently set up in the database.  These can be filtered by completion date or close date if needed (not required).1

  • 2nd AFE Report

    This report requires that the database have the AFE module active.  AFE's must be used during data entry for the report to show any detail.  The Line Format Maintenance in OGsys will be utilized for formatting the columns of the report.

    The AP Report allows users to view Accounts Payable data that resides in the SQL reporting database.

    The accounts receivable report is designed to provide an aged receivable report with drill down capabilities.

  • Expense Deck Report

    The expense deck report will display a list of detail lines of all expense decks for all companies within the database. It will display the Company Code, Property #, Description, Expense deck code and the Working Interest decimal amount.

  • GL 210 Report

    The GL 210 Report is designed to model the OGSYS 210 report for use with the SQL database.  This report supports the multi-currency option.  The summary page supports drill down to Entity page on appropriate accounts. The summary page and Entity page support drill down to a Detail page.

  • Joint Audit Data Exchange (JADE) Report

    This report includes graphical entity and account selections. Please note that the column descriptions in this report are an artifact of the original client driven specification. The report is based solely on the General Ledger module in OGSYS.

  • Lease Operating Expenses (LOE) Report

    This report is designed to utilize the Line formats setup in OGSYS with Drilldown capability.  This allows you to define the vertical format of the report using the power of OGSYS Report Writer, while capitalizing on the speed and drill down capability of SQL.

  • Lease Operating Statement (LOS) Comparison - Current vs Prior Year Report

    This report is a Lease Operating Statement comparing Current Year information to prior year information.  It utilizes the OGSYS Line Format setup prior to exporting to SQL.

  • Multi-Company Trial Balance Report

    This multi-company Trial balance with Drill Down capability allows the user to view cross company information. This report can be run for multiple companies or a single company.

  • Multi-Currency Trial Balance Report

    A standard Trial Balance with the functional currency values and their historical equivalents in separate columns. This report requires that the Multicurrency option be turned on and in use.

  • Property vs GL Comparison Report

    The Property vs. GL report will compare the Property Sub Ledger to the General Ledger account totals. This can be done for one account or a range of accounts for a specific range of dates. This will help the user find out-of-balance issues within the data.

  • Purchaser Report

    The purchaser report displays a complete list of all purchasers in the database. This report does not have any options, so when you run the macro it will display the report.

  • Revenue Check Report

    The Revenue Check report will display a list of revenue checks paid. When the report is run, an option box will display. This will allow the user to select what revenue checks will be displayed on the report.

  • Revenue Deck Report

    The Revenue deck report will display a list of detail lines of all Revenue data that has been exported from
    OGWIN or OGSQL into a SQL Server Database. It will display the Company Code, Property #, Description,
    Revenue deck code and the Working Interest decimal amount.

  • Schema Generation Utility

    This report will examine your OGSQL database and create a report listing tables and columns with descriptions.  It is an invaluable tool for understanding your data.

  • Vendor Report

    The vendor report displays a complete list of all vendors in the database. The report does not have any options, so when you run the macro it will display the report.

  • Well Report

    This report will display a list of wells within the database. There are no options for this report. When the macro is run, the report will display.  It will show the Well Code, Well name, Legal Description, State, County, Operating group, Field and all well comments.
