In any of you know Bill Summers, you know he has a new role at OGsys! For the past 5 years, he has worked in IT support, where he installed OGsys software and did troubleshooting on hardware issues. With his background in accounting, he is now transitioning into the area of program support. This change offers Bill lots of new challenges, sorting out software issues for OGsys clients. Depending on the issue, he may work with the client on his own, or call in an OGsys specialist in a particular area and work together to solve the problem.
Bill enjoys accelerating answers for clients by getting software that wasn’t working back to work so the clients can get their work done. Accounting is very deadline-oriented, so speedy resolution of their issues is paramount! It also makes him feel especially good when he knows someone needed help and he was able to give them the answers they needed to fix the problem. He loves hearing that his clients are happy with the work he’s done for them.
Bill says he’s proud to work at OGsys, because the owners create a working atmosphere where all the employees want their terrific clients to have the best software in the industry and constantly work to improve it.
