Whether you’ve just purchased OGSYS software or you’re getting new employees up to speed, OGSYS Training and Services personnel can help. We provide services such as Data Conversion, Initial Training, Ongoing Support, Preventative Maintenance Guidance, and Follow-up Training.
Training
Training is provided in our corporate office at no extra charge to clients currently in a Support agreement. OGSYS also provides training services at the client’s site. Online classes are available upon request. Call now to make a reservation or for more information.
Accounting Package Overview
This two-day seminar is designed to take you step by step through the general setup procedures and functions necessary to begin processing with your OGSYS software. It is also useful as a refresher course. It covers such areas as:
- Supervisor Maintenance
- Master Maintenance
- Accounts Payable Processing
- Joint Interest Billing
- Accounts Receivable Processing
- Revenue Processing
- General Ledger Processing
- OGSYS Report Writer
Lease Records Processing
This seminar takes approximately one half day and will take you through the setup of Leases and related master files. A separate seminar is held for working with Report Templates.
Production Processing
This half-day seminar takes you through the intricate setup procedures for your company's method of recording production.
Other Topics
In addition to our regularly scheduled seminars, classes can be scheduled for other OGSYS modules including Fixed Assets, Multi-currency, and Inventory.
On-Site Training
Training seminars are held in our corporate offices in Fort Worth, Texas, but on-site training is also available for an extra charge. Work with OGSYS personnel to confirm an agenda with your company's needs in mind so that a class can be scheduled that meets those needs. Allow a minimum of two weeks prior notice to schedule on-site training.
